KNOCKING loudly on the door of a People’s Housing Project (PPR) unit in Desa Rejang, an enforcement team from the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) descended on a man suspected of being an illegal occupant to evict him.

As he had no proof he was a legitimate tenant of the unit in Taman Setapak Jaya, the team turned the man out on Thursday following a 14-day notice.
