THE road barriers placed on the Petaling Jaya One-way-loop in Jalan Timur were permanently removed on Wednesday, after the one-month trial ended.
The Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) will, instead, be instal spead breakers along the stretch to discourage motorists from speeding.
