WOOD and rocks that clogged the drains along the underpass off the Sprint Highway in Section 16 Petaling Jaya are blamed for the flash flood that submerged two cars Tuesday evening.
Litrak, the concessionaire for the Sprint Highway, said its workers found the wastes disrupting the flow of rain water that caused the flooding and massive traffic jam.
