More than 50,000 youths in over 50 countries are pitting their oratory skills against each other in the 36th International Public Speaking Competition of the English Speaking Union (ESU), and one of the heats will take place in Penang.
Malaysians aged 16 to 20 are eligible for the Penang heat at KDU Penang University College on April 2.
