THOSE who have attended past anniversary celebrations in Wisma MCA in Kuala Lumpur would tell you that this year’s event was somehow different.

There was an air of expectation, a kind of tension, in Dewan San Choon during MCA’s 68th Anniversary celebration on Sunday.
