TO mark its 20th anniversary this year, the Kajang Municipal Council (MPKj) is offering a slew of discounts over a four-month period for various compounds as well as overdue assessment taxes.
The fine for certain offences, such as keeping pet dogs without a licence or vending without council permits, have been reduced to RM50.
