Smoke-free Kuching by 2018

KUCHING: Kuching North City Hall (DBKU) will fully enforce the smoke-free ruling at all eateries in its jurisdiction beginning January next year.

Its mayor Datuk Abang Abdul Wahap Abang Julai said DBKU, in collaboration with the state Health Department, would go down hard on smokers at eateries as well as those lighting their cigarettes at public open spaces.
