TIME is up for tenants in a transit housing scheme in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur, but many are not ready to move out.

Meant for newlyweds under the age of 30 with a household income of less than RM3,000, the tenants were only supposed to stay for two years, giving them time to save and make their own housing arrangements.
