Kuala Lumpur City Hall’s (DBKL) Insurance Panel will conduct thorough checks on a deliveryman’s bicycle that was damaged when it was impounded for obstruction on Feb 13.
A DBKL spokesman confirmed that they received a letter of compensation from the bicycle owner and messenger - Khirunnizam Mohd Lani, and is following up on the case.
