Residents in Taman Johor Jaya want sinkholes patched up

JOHOR BARU: Several deep sinkholes along a residential road in Taman Johor Jaya here is causing worry among local residents as they pose a danger to them.

Singapore port driver Ee Chee An, 34, said that a visitor to his house had tried to avoid a sinkhole by stepping to the side but that the ground had collapsed, causing another sinkhole in front of his house on Saturday.
