THE public have been waiting for a long time for the RM9mil Batu Ferringhi market in Penang to start operating. It was supposed to be ready by July 2015.
It is finally due to be finished by the end of the month but the delay has left Tanjung Bungah assemblyman Teh Yee Cheu exasperated and repeating his call for an ombudsman in Penang.
