Tenants fear for safety

THE construction of a mixed development highrise on Jalan Kemajuan, Petaling Jaya has caused tenants of an old light industrial building to worry about their own safety.

PJ Light Industrial Park (PJLIP) joint management body (JMB) chairman Chong Chien Nyiap said the neighbouring construction work by PJ Midtown had caused their boundary wall to collapse as well as damaged draining and piping for the fire hydrant, sewage and stormwater runoff.
