Five new books on sign language launched


Nineteen representatives from selected schools throughout Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Putrajaya with their sign language books presented by (front, ninth from left onwards) Mohamad Sazali, Hamizar and Liah.

THE Malaysian Federation of the Deaf (MFD) distributed five new sign language books to 21 institutions last week.

The books include a sign language dictionary for children in the form of a DVD, a book for antonyms, a book for synonyms, names of places in Malaysia and in the world, as well as the third volume of a dictionary for Malaysian sign language.
