NEWLY appointed Kuala Langat District Council (MDKL) president Mohd Zain A. Hamid hopes the district will be upgraded into a municipal council during his term.
“I am not ambitious but I feel the people of Kuala Langat deserve the status of municipality,” said Mohd Zain, adding that he would make the case to the Selangor State Economic Planning Unit (Upen).
