Elderly Chinese national unhappy over initial rejection of visa extension

A CHINESE national who is in Malaysia to look after her ailing daughter is unhappy about the uncaring attitude of Immigration Department counter staff in handling her case.

Fang Muhua, 69, had gone to the department to extend her tourist visa as her daughter was sick and she needed to look after her two grandchildren.
