MALACCA: Malacca police is launching a dual crime busting campaign focusing on housing estates and villages here.

State police chief Deputy Comm Datuk Abdul Jalil Hassan said the campaign is known as Voluntary Patrol Scheme and will focus on the eradication of two rampant crime elements – drug abuse and house break-ins.
