THE iconic Kek Lok Si Temple in Air Itam, Penang, has been transformed into a ‘fairyland of lights’ in conjunction with the Chinese New Year celebrations.
Tens of thousands of LEDs, neon lights and traditional Chinese lanterns were switched on simultaneously at the temple on Sunday to usher in the Year of the Rooster.
