Proposal to protect Penang's green lungs

THE state government will table an enactment to look after open spaces, gardens and parks owned by the Penang Island City Council (MBPP).

State Local Government, Traffic Management and Flood Mitigation Committee chairman Chow Kon Yeow said various agencies would be involved in managing the green spaces.
