KUALA Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) has clarified that it did not agree to a consent judgment in the suit filed by flower traders in Little India, Brickfields, against their relocation to the Tun Sambanthan Complex.

In a statement, City Hall said the suit was now merely academic as the traders had since returned to their original premises and advised them to file a notice of withdrawal instead.
