UPGRADING works to improve drainage for the entire Esplanade field in George Town, Penang, are currently being undertaken by the Penang Island City Council’s (MBPP) Engineering Department.
MBPP Engineering Department director Addnan Mohd Razali said the upgrading works started on Dec 20, last year and was expected to be completed on June 19.
