Improve interaction skills to better fight crime, cops told

Lee says crime is a major concern for Malaysians.

POLICE personnel need to undergo communication courses to enhance their interaction with the public when faced with difficult situations, apart from fostering goodwill, said Malaysia Crime Prevention Foundation (MCPF) senior vice-chairman Tan Sri Lee Lam Thye.

Lee said with better communication skills, police personnel would be able to discharge their duties professionally.
