JUST this year, a car drove into a 15.4m-deep hole on Jalan Universiti in Section 17, Petaling Jaya, which was being dug for underground sewerage works.
This fatal accident made Petaling Jaya residents and motorists nervous about driving around in their own neighbourhood with the roads in the city being viewed as accidents waiting to happen.
