AFTER it was started amidst the confusion, accidents and near misses in October 2014, the Petaling Jaya one-way loop (OWL) project is finally in the penultimate stage of its overall Road Safety Audit.
Although it was originally touted that the project would be finished by Aug 31 this year, the deadline was only for the main loop of Jalan Utara, Jalan Sultan, Jalan Timur and Jalan Barat.
