STATE exco member Dr Afif Bahardin has apologised to media personnel for the inconvenience they faced during a boat trip to a barge near Pulau Kendi for the launch of an artificial reef project on Monday.
He said a mistake occurred when the pressmen were asked to board a boat that was not meant for the event.
