PENANG has plans to develop its food truck industry and is now gathering feedback from entrepreneurs so it can come up with guidelines by the middle of next year.
Deputy Chief Minister I Datuk Mohd Rashid Hasnon said food trucks were popular in Toronto, Seattle, Sydney and other cities around the world.
