RM500,000 to upgrade jetty at Kampung Dew

IN CONJUNCTION with Visit Perak Year 2017, the state has allocated RM550,000 for upgrading the jetty at the famous fireflies eco-tourism spot Kampung Dew in Kamunting, Taiping.

State Tourism, Arts and Culture Committee Chairman Datuk Nolee Ashilin Mohd Radzi said the allocation will be used for the construction of a tourism activity centre and public amenities, as well as to improve the condition of the jetty called Jeti Kelip-Kelip.
