KUALA Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) aims to generate revenue by renting out the top level of a multi-level carpark building to food and beverage outlets.

In a unique pilot project, it has allowed two restaurants to operate on the fifth level of the public carpark along Jalan Tanglin in Kuala Lumpur.
