THE STATE is now in discussions with various parties to amend the Entertainment and Entertainment Outlets Enactment 1997 following the rampant issues of licences being misused.

Perak Local Government Committee Chairman Datuk Rusnah Kassim (BN-Behrang) said the amendment is needed to clarify the term “family entertainment centre” so that it will not be misinterpreted.
