MALACCA: Vernacular school teachers should use creative teaching and higher order thinking skills to prepare their pupils to be on par with their peers from other nations, said MCA deputy president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong.
Wee said 21st century education system is primarily focused on producing students with superlative skills and the right attitude.
