PLANS to upgrade Jalan Besar, Jalan Raya Satu and Jalan SK 12/1 into one-way traffic to improve traffic flow in Seri Kembangan is delayed as the state government awaits approval for additional funds from the Federal Government, Seri Kembangan assemblyman Ean Yong Hian Wah said.
He said the Selangor government had already allocated around RM6mil for the project, but required additional funds from the Federal Government to proceed with the work.
