RESIDENTS of one of the oldest parts in Petaling Jaya are feeling neglected over the poor service and very little attention given to their Section 2 neighbourhood by the local council.

Over the past year, a couple of issues have been plaguing them such as rampant illegal dumping, poorly lit streets, overgrown trees, and burnt down houses.
