LATE-night drunken brawls at an alley along Jalan Sepadu in United Garden, Kuala Lumpur, have business operators and residents concerned for their safety.

Seputeh MCA vice-chairman Banie Chin said morning market traders and residents complained that foreigners gathered there daily for drinking sessions.
