YOU are what you eat, is a belief that is held firmly by BMS Organics chief executive officer Terry Lee.
Addressing the issue of rising obesity and cardiovascular diseases in Malaysia, Lee said the company decided to launch its Green Monday healthy eating community campaign, to encourage Malaysians to consume green and organic meals to stay healthy.
