RM50 charge proposal

ISKANDAR PUTERI: An assemblyman has suggested that the Federal Government charges a yearly fee of RM50 for road charge cards for Singapore-registered vehicles, besides urging for an immediate implementation of the proposed Vehicle Entry Permit (VEP).

Kempas assemblyman Datuk Tengku Putra Haron Aminurrashid Jumat said that the VEP implementation was long overdue, as it was initially expected to be fully enforced last year but the system has been seeing delays.
