RESIDENTS of Tanjung Indah low-cost flats in Penang have embarked on a project to collect used cooking oil to convert into biofuel.
State Welfare, Caring Society and Environment Committee chairman Phee Boon Poh, who launched the pilot project, said if the project was successful, it would be carried out at other high-rise schemes.
