Cyclists gathering for the launch of the Botanica 5C sub-phase of the Botanica.CT township in Air Putih, Balik Pulau, Penang.
CONSTRUCTION of the first shopping mall in rural Balik Pulau in Penang is set to start later this year for completion in 2018.
The mall will be located in Botanica.CT, an integrated township developed by MTT Properties & Development Sdn Bhd some 2km from the Balik Pulau town centre.
