JOHOR BARU: A couple decided to become members of the Skudai Policing Community after being robbed two times a few years ago.
Businesswoman Toh Sock Hong, 49, said the first incident occurred in 2011 where she was followed by a man with a parang after the suspect saw a big amount of money in her purse while she was paying for some items at a sundry shop here.
