CCTV and more rules for those applying for nursery and kindergarten licences

JOHOR BARU: The Johor Welfare Department has tightened its regulations for those wanting to apply for nursery or kindergarten licences here in the state.

Officer Manayi Ibrahim said among the rules included making it compulsory for all operators to instal closed-circuit television cameras (CCTV) within and around the premises.
