The Star journalist wins main award

SIBU: The Star journalist Andy Chua has won the Journalism Award which was the main category of Sibu Municipal Council Press Award 2015.

Chua’s entry entitled Sibu set to regain glory was a story on how the town boomed from the 1970s to the ‘90s due to the lucrative timber industry.
