The back lane of Taman Bagan in Butterworth is flooded after 20 minutes of rain.
CONTINUOUS heavy rain has left several low-lying areas in the state flooded, and causing disruptions to residents.
In Butterworth, among the areas hit were Taman Senangin, Chai Leng Park, the underpass beneath the Seberang Jaya roundabout, Taman Bagan and Taman Cantek.
