RESIDENTS in high-rise buildings have been urged to support the state’s waste segregation at source policy.
Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said both the Penang Island City Council and Seberang Prai Municipal Council had incurred RM200mil in expenditure a year in waste disposal.
