JOHOR BARU: The state police have received 400 sets of Mobile Compound Online Payment System (MCOPS) that enable traffic officers to issue summonses just by keying in the offender’s details.
“The MCOPS device is similar to a mini printer that comes with a special mobile application from a Samsung X5 mobile phone as well as a MyKad reader.
