SPCA Johor seeks funds for centre

JOHOR BARU: The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) hopes to raise RM2mil to realise their plans of setting up a one-stop holding centre here for stray or lost dogs and cats.

Its Johor Baru chairman Ranjeet Singh Bhullar said that the centre would be a temporary shelter for stray or lost pets brought in by the public or local councils.
