THE Royal Floria Putrajaya 2016 has grown into a major world event, with a string of international accolades, says Federal Territories Minister Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor.
He said Floria, the country’s largest flower and garden festival, was recently awarded the Creative Excellence Award at the Melbourne International Garden and Flower Show.
