MAKING noise at the Bayan Baru market complex in Penang is now a no-go. You also can’t bring outside food or drink to the food court there.

The signboards, placed near the entrance of the complex and another one at the entrance of the food court, also barred people from smoking, drinking alcohol, gambling, vandalism, parking at the premises and bringing in pets.
