LOT owners of the abandoned housing project in Kampung Tersusun Kiai Haji Arshad, Batang Berjuntai, Kuala Selangor who fail to put in their application for the redevelopment before July 7 may have their land repossessed.
The developer appointed to revive the project, Grandmas Development Sdn Bhd director Datuk Seri Lee Beng Tiong, said only 150 owners out of 359 lots have signed an agreement for the project’s revival so far.
