The two-day ceremony started on Wednesday at 8am and continued till noon on Thursday. On Wednesday, the temple held the first session of prayers to re-install the deity statues at the temple.
SOME 500 devotees gathered at the Sree Muneeswarar Amman Temple on Jalan Raja Ashman Shah, Ipoh, for a special prayer ceremony to re-install the statues of the Navagrahas (nine Planetary Gods) damaged last month.
The two-day ceremony started on Wednesday at about 8am and continued till noon on Thursday.
