WITH deft fingers, Lim Cheng Keat completed his repair on numerous damaged helmets under a big umbrella by the roadside near the Air Itam market on Penang island.
The steady progress of the 45-year-old former factory worker spoke volumes about his 20-year experience in repairing helmets.
