KUANTAN: In view of the alarming road accident statistics, Road Transport Department (RTD) director-general Datuk Seri Ismail Ahmad is calling on the public for help to help stem the rising numbers.
He said the public could not rely only on the RTD and the police to maintain road safety but must also play a role.
