CYCLING advocate Adi Faizal Ahmad Tarmizi is designing a blueprint for the Klang Heritage Cycleways Network (KHCN) in south Klang and he wants it to have a “wow factor” for the benefit of all Klang folk.

Under the 11th Malaysia Plan 2016-2020, Klang Municipal Council (MPK) has committed to buiiding a dedicated bicycle lane in support of reduced carbon footprint, a strategy that hinges on the Local Agenda 21 and the council’s Green Streets Programme.
